Payment Information
DAY OF AUCTION: Purchaser to make three separate payments.

1st Payment: Down payment of 10% of the gross sales.  Payable to the Trust account of the attorney's office. This office to be determined.

2nd Payment: Buyers' Premium of 5% .  Payable to the Auction Co. 

3rd and Final payment:  This payment will be due at time of closing.  Approximately 30 days after the auction.
